At StuffedAnimals.com, we pride ourselves on making you happy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of the date of receipt in new, unused condition with all tags attached for an exchange or a refund. (We cannot refund shipping charges unless we have made an error in your order). Items received after 30 days from date of receipt will not be accepted.
Note: If you are returning more than 10 items:
If your return consists of more than 10 items, there will be a restocking charge of 25% on the value of item #11 and on.

1. Please return the item in secure boxing, and please be sure that the item is properly packaged. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that are delayed, lost or damaged as a result of improper packaging.
