5 of 5 Wonderful stuffed hippo repair! November 13, 2020
Reviewer: Amy from Upstate New York
We cannot say enough wonderful things about this business. Our son has loved on his hippo so much for the last nearly 9 years that hippo had barely any fur left. hippos and limbs were hanging by a thread and he was practically see-through. We made the difficult decision to send him in for surgery. The medical staff at the stuffed animal Hospital was in constant contact with us. Our son was very comforted by the continuous updates on Hippo’s progress. The staff took great care to see that his operation was planned out carefully and even obtained donor stuffed animals. They truly did a wonderful job on his surgery. We received him yesterday and our son is overjoyed to have him back. Hippo was returned to us very quickly and even came with a sweet note from the stuffed animal hospital. They even sent our son a bonus hippo! We unequivocally recommend this business. They are very kind and skilled. Thank you so much!!

5 of 5 So pleased! September 2, 2020
Reviewer: Tara from Hopewell, NJ
My daughter’s beloved Pink Bear was returned to us stuffed like new and she exclaimed, “He’s pink again!” (Yes, Pink Bear is male) They really did an excellent job and he turned out better than I could have hoped for. Yes, it’s expensive, but worth it. I’m very glad I splurged and did this, it made her so happy.  I highly recommend them.

5 of 5 Great work fast service July 12, 2020
Reviewer: andy werner from Seattle, WA United States
My wife and I have had three of our treasured childhood stuffed animals repaired at Stuffed Animal Hospital, we have been very pleased by the quality of the work done. The prices, Although  seeming high, are justified that you are preserving a memory for ages by having work Thats is done right. My 40 year old stuffed duck was in a rough condition for years and I am so happy to have him back looking sharp and pristine. Highly recommend this service!

1 of 5 Do Not Use This Company- Terrible Work July 10, 2020
Reviewer: RP from Charleston, SC United States
12/2019 I sent in my beloved stuffed dog ("Dawg") from childhood (He was $50 in 1988- pretty expensive for his time), whose nose had been chewed off by a friend's dog. We paid a LOT of money (~$500) to have his nose re-built and it took much longer than they initially said it would. When Dawg was returned to me I sobbed because they had ruined him. He was overstuffed and hard as a rock. The fabric they used for his nose reconstruction did not even closely resemble the rest of his body. His nose piece is loose and moves around. I called in tears to talk to someone about my disappointment. I left several voicemails and never received a response. A local friend was able to help de-stuff my Dawg a little to make him look more normal. I should have found a local person from the beginning. This service was not at all worth the expense. Please, find someone local who is handy with a needle and thread and talk with them during the process. I guarantee you will be happier!

5 of 5 Excellent Work July 7, 2020
Reviewer: AC from LEBANON, TN United States
My daughter is very attached to a small stuffed bear that I bought her on a work trip a few years ago. The bear became quite tattered. It was missing an eye and a nose, and there was a hole worn in the bear's face. It wasn't an expensive bear (less than $10 to replace), but my daughter could NOT stand the thought of replacing him.

I found this service online and resisted trying it for months. However, my daughter kept asking when her bear could be fixed. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a short delay before they sent the final quote. However, once they did the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

I was initially a little surprised at the cost, especially considering the small size of the bear. However, the work was excellent, and my daughter is overjoyed to have her bear back. If you want to restore an heirloom or an irreplaceable item, it's worth it. My daughter is overjoyed to have her bear back.
