Do you offer free shipping?
 
Certain items may qualify for free shipping if your order totals $69 or more. Simply look for the green truck logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $69 or more, your order ships free! These details can also be seen by clicking on the free shipping message image on the product detail page of items that qualify for free shipping.
 
Items without the green truck logo do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping is charged separately for items that do not qualify for free shipping.
 
You will be given shipping options during checkout. Items with the green truck logo may ship separately from items that do not qualify for free shipping. Valid within continental U.S. only.
What if a product is listed as out of stock?
 
Products may be listed as "Out of Stock" for a number reasons, including being in high demand or simply because they're new and haven't arrived to our warehouse yet. You can still order any out of stock item that allows you to add it to your cart. We list the availability underneath the stock status, which tells you the approximate amount of time it takes to replenish our stock of the product. When you order out of stock items, you'll be the first in line to receive them once they arrive back in stock. Shop with confidence!

How do I find my product?
  To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I navigate the site?
  To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. How do I use a coupon?
  After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
