In order to return or exchange any item or to make a claim for missing, incorrect, damaged or defective merchandise, you must first submit an RMA request to us within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will review your RMA request to determine if your claim was submitted within the time allowed and that it complies with our return policy. If your claim is approved, we will email you with an RMA number and further instructions. If your claim in not approved, we will email you with an explanation of why it was not approved.
